Dan “the auction guy” learned how to auction from his Grandfather in 1974 and has been successfully bid calling on the hit TV show “Storage Wars” with his wife and business partner Laura Dotson, while entertaining millions of fans.  Dan is a down to earth honest auctioneer, strong family man, and is proud to have established American Auctioneers as the “#1 auction team in California”.  Laura is a dedicated mom, talented female auctioneer, fundraiser, and member of the Fellowship of Christian Auctioneers International and manages PayTheLady.com .  They are both celebrity auctioneers, very kind, and warmhearted people.  Follow the rules and you will have lots of fun at their events.

You may or may not want to be on one of the productions of Storage Wars, however, the Dotson company of American Auctioneers runs over 3,000 storage auctions a year, many storage unit auctions in California!  So the chances of you being on TV is not guaranteed.  It is more likely you may have the opportunity to buy a great storage locker and hopefully make a quick flip.

We will be updating our internal list of storage auctions in California, however at this time, Dan and Laura’s American Auctioneers cover the CA storage unit auction market.  Click here to go directly to their California Storage Unit Auction Calendar List, and be sure and say hello to Dan and Laura from Colonel Mike here at Storage Auctioneers.  Bid to “win the bin” and Auctioneers Dan and Laura will, “Sell it your way!”
